As a pro staff member you will be responsible for promoting Royal Hooks (and would appreciate Boats) via social media and face to face interactions with other anglers and at expo’s all around the country. While we know everyone has things going on in life, we will set a minimum requirement for all members to meet in a set time frame. If these requirements are not fulfilled, you will be contacted one (1) time to correct. If you still can not fulfill then you will be removed from the team and able to reapply at next time frame we accept team members (usually once a year). We want people who will represent Royal Hooks to the highest quality! We will not condone any use of drugs, alcohol, tobacco and foul language in any video promoting Royal Hooks. We want people that the younger upcoming generation will look up to and say “I want to be like so-n-so at Royal Hooks”. Please keep all this in mind when doing your promotions. At this point we are asking all parties interested in being part of our Promotional Staff to fill out application.

1) Please Update Fishing resumes and include the following
social media accounts if you have them and make sure you copy and paste the link to your social media accounts so all we have to do is copy and paste it as well. Also please indicate how many followers you and have on each platform. The 3 platforms we will be using are Facebook, Instagram and TikTok . You do not have to have all 3 but obviously the more you use the better.

2) On your social medias please clean them up, if you have things that are probably not something you would want your employees posting due to how it would reflect on you as a owner of a business and as a person, then why would you expect us to allow it? HINT …. We are looking for High Quality Anglers to Promote High Quality Hooks. We will establish rules for team members, discounts and requirements for team members later on as well. By default, we will be using the name Royal Hooks and Boats for social purposes, if you have a Boat sponsor we will be happy to make adjustments to this for you.
